The Maritime Security Center (MSZ) is a communication and cooperation network of the operational forces of the federal government and the coastal states for maritime security based in Cuxhaven.
In the interests of national and international shipping and safety off the German coast, information is exchanged and operations are optimally coordinated on the basis of joint situational awareness. The new building for the Maritime Safety Center on the grounds of the Cuxhaven Waterways and Shipping Authority was opened in February 2017.
Approx. 60 meters of the FLASHAAR® Victory-4 light line were used here for the handrail of the stairs. They ensure homogeneous light and safety on the stairs and underline the charm of the architecture. They also visually enhance the building. The Victory-4 impresses with absolutely homogeneous light with invisible light points at 120 light points per meter.
