ENEC is a certification system that is widely used in Europe and is managed by the European Certification Body GmbH (abbreviated: ECB). It stands for conformity with the applicable European directives. ENEC certificates are issued by an independent testing institute for electrical devices, such as lights, which comply with European safety standards.
The ENEC certification is a voluntary measure. We, as the manufacturer of the DB/SO3/840/LSOT/O luminaire, have chosen ENEC certification so that our customers can rest assured that this labeled product is safe, reliable and conforms to European electrical safety standards.
