The company Karl Köhler GmbH expanded their office building at the company headquarters in Besigheim.
In addition to office space, the new building will also have an event room, a roof terrace and an underground car park. The connection to the old office building is established via a bridge. The choice of materials is closely linked to the region: exposed concrete with shell limestone aggregates, a floor made of local natural stone on the ground floor, windows and parquet flooring made of oak, glass partitions in the hallways. The aim is an environmentally friendly and resource-saving building with regenerative heat and cooling generation, in which LED lights of the NauticProfil® Nova-2 type from FLASHAAR® also play a role, as they have a maintenance-free service life of 50,000 hours with the lowest energy consumption and are so it fits perfectly into the project.
Furthermore, the NauticProfil® Victory-4 was used, which meets the high demands of an absolutely homogeneous illumination of light coves in the close range.
