The NauticProfil® R2 was specifically developed for the demanding integration of linear LED lighting systems into high-quality architectural and lighting design projects. The frameless LED profile allows for the virtually invisible integration of light lines into wall, ceiling, and drywall constructions, thus supporting minimalist design concepts with maximum lighting effect.

Thanks to its streamlined geometry, the NauticProfil® R2 is suitable for both wall and ceiling mounting, as well as flush integration into suspended ceilings, drywall partitions, and custom interior design solutions. As a versatile installation profile, it can also be optimally integrated into handrails, furniture elements, or special architectural details. With a visible joint width of just 35 mm, it creates precise, homogeneous lines of light with an understated aesthetic.

The light source remains completely concealed except for the actual light emission point, thus enabling high-quality linear illumination for wayfinding, accent lighting, or functional lighting applications. Optionally, an additional cover can be clicked into the upper profile area without tools, ensuring a clean and maintenance-friendly design.

The directly screwable aluminum profile features integrated mounting holes spaced 150 mm apart and, thanks to a precise centering line, allows for additional drilling without slippage. This means the NauticProfil® R2 meets the highest demands for light integration, installation efficiency, and architectural detail quality.

The NauticProfil® R3 is a solid, frameless recessed LED profile for sophisticated linear lighting in plasterboard walls and drywall ceilings. It was developed for architectural and lighting design concepts where linear lighting doesn't appear additive, but is seamlessly integrated into the building structure. The profile is screwed flush, then plastered over, thus becoming visually part of the wall or ceiling surface.

Thanks to its robust aluminum construction and generous bearing surfaces, the NauticProfil® R3 is suitable for both single and double sheathing applications where higher load-bearing capacity and installation reliability are required. The large-area profile geometry promotes efficient heat dissipation and helps reduce stress and cracking along the joints. The R3 thus offers a technically sophisticated solution for durable, precise, and high-quality drywall details.

Especially in prestigious interiors, office buildings, conference areas, hotels, or public architectural projects, the frameless recessed ceiling profile enables discreet, long lines of light with a high degree of design clarity. Converters can also be neatly integrated into the profile after installation, simplifying planning, assembly, and maintenance. The data sheet recommends, among other things, a support spacing of 150 to 220 mm and a screw spacing of 170 to 200 mm for installation.

The NauticProfil® R3 creates frameless lighting solutions that convincingly combine technical precision, thermal functionality and architectural restraint.

With the NauticProfil® R4, offers FLASHAARa specially developed LED recessed profile for the seamless integration of linear lighting into plastered external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS). Developed in collaboration with an ETICS system manufacturer, the profile meets the high demands of modern facade architecture in terms of design, durability, and technical safety.

The frameless facade profile is embedded directly into the facade insulation panel and permanently fixed using PU adhesive. For professional and permanently secure integration into the ETICS system, the use of a system-compatible reinforcing mesh is also recommended. This mesh is embedded flush with the profile sides using the corresponding reinforcing mortar. This results in precise, reduced light integration with clean lines and a high-quality architectural effect.

In combination with a suitable reinforcing mesh, stresses within the facade structure can be distributed more evenly, significantly reducing the risk of cracking along the plaster joints. At the same time, the stable profile geometry ensures clean edges and consistently high-quality detailing. The NauticProfil® R4 is therefore ideally suited for demanding facade designs in residential, hotel, office, and commercial architecture.

Additional milled recesses allow for the integration of narrow converters and installations, even when installed within existing wall or ceiling cavities. With a visible joint width of just 35 mm, homogeneous, precise lines of light are created for architectural accent lighting and functional facade lighting.

The NauticProfil® R5 is a high-quality shadow gap profile made of extruded aluminum for the precise implementation of indirect lighting in drywall partitions and ceilings. The profile allows for the elegant creation of deep, linear shadow gaps with a visible joint width of 32 mm, establishing a clear architectural separation between wall and ceiling surfaces.

Specifically designed for sophisticated architectural and lighting concepts, the NauticProfil® R5 is suitable for both classic plasterboard ceilings and textured plaster ceilings. Its minimalist design creates homogeneous lines of light and high-quality indirect lighting solutions with a sophisticated aesthetic. Whether used as a continuous light channel along the room's contours or as targeted accent lighting at wall and ceiling junctions, the profile supports precise lighting design with a high degree of aesthetic appeal.

Thanks to the proven plug-and-play mounting principle, NauticProfil® luminaire inserts can be installed quickly and without tools. The integrated through-wiring based on patented contact technology also enables long light lines with only a few power supply points. This significantly reduces installation effort and simplifies planning, assembly, and maintenance alike.
