It always starts with an idea
A sheet of paper, a pencil, first lines – this is how your idea takes shape like a sketch. The result is roughly the shape, size and of course the desired lighting properties. The will to create something "special" results from simple necessity and from your creativity.
Our special task here is the technical and constructive implementation. All custom-made special lights are just as unique as your projects. The imagination knows no limits. The lights can be functional or emotional, minimalist or expansive, unique or small series.
Personal coordination and short communication channels
We are happy to listen to you, because that is the basis for an excellent result. For the success of the design and development process, a comprehensive personal meeting is required. Without reservation and without objection, we sit down with you at a table.
We then bring in our expertise and many years of technical and design experience. We discuss the possible feasibility of your ideas and present you with possible solutions. Rarely do ideas and feasibility match 100 percent, and sometimes this is a hotly debated topic. The aim is always to find a common denominator.
Designing today is not an activity at the drawing board
Designing is no longer based on 2D drawings. 3D drawing offers many other advantages in addition to collision control of assemblies, automatic generation of sections and views, and automatic parts lists.
Based on the information collected, we start the technical-constructive product development - always with a clear focus on your specifications. But also with a view to the smooth interaction of all components, such as converters, dimmers and LEDs. In the end, everything has to be consistent, look good and fit.
Internally, the result is first carefully checked electrically, thermally and photometrically. It is then summarized in technical drawings, 3D representations and almost always in a prototype. We take great advantage and benefit from our in-house 3D printers, which can be used to quickly create patterns that are easy to grasp.
Now there is joy - the production of a one-off
The production of a special lamp is always something very special. If possible, every component required for assembling the special light is also manufactured here at our location in Bingen. If this is not possible, we fall back on our long-standing and reliable suppliers.
With the use of the latest LED technology, a high level of vertical integration and quality assurance in our own light laboratory, we then also create unique pieces of uncompromising quality and with high reliability.
