NauticProfil® W1 – The alternative to the classic drywall cove lighting
The NauticProfil® W1 is an aluminum profile for creating indirect lighting coves on walls and ceilings. It offers an easy-to-install alternative to traditional drywall coves and is suitable wherever indirect lighting is desired without complex drywall work.
The profile creates homogeneous indirect lighting and ensures even illumination of wall or ceiling surfaces. This results in calm lighting patterns that visually enhance rooms and create a pleasant ambient light.
Installation is carried out using pre-mounted mounting plates or, optionally, magnetic holders, for example on metal T-beams. Operating devices and control components can be concealed under the cover and remain invisible from the outside.
The NauticProfil® W1 is suitable for cove lighting in office and administrative buildings, retail spaces, hotels, and high-end residential and interior design projects. Its slim profile geometry allows the system to be discreetly integrated into various architectural concepts.
With its simple installation, concealed technology and homogeneous indirect lighting effect, the NauticProfil® W1 offers architects and lighting designers a flexible solution for modern coves.

The W1 profile is simply hooked into the mounting plates, which are attached to the wall beforehand. If the mounting surface allows, the NP W1 can also be attached using magnetic holders.
Please also refer to our form for NauticProfil® corner configurations. Special corner solutions for all profiles and LED inserts are available with light emission inwards, outwards, upwards and downwards.
NauticProfil® profile colors
FLASHAARNauticProfil® systems can be color-matched to any room concept thanks to individual, high-quality anodized or powder-coated finishes. In addition to the standard colors anodized aluminum (E6EV1), matte black anodized (E6C14), and traffic white powder-coated (TWP RAL 9016), further colors are available for profiles, NP lighting inserts, and end plates.
Anodized surfaces provide a very high level of protection against mechanical stress and offer excellent resistance to weathering and corrosion. Upon request, we can also supply the system components in any individual RAL and anodized color.
