We, FLASHAAR LEDLight GmbH & Co. KG, have once again made it into the top ranks of the 28th edition of the TOP 100 innovation competition.
Commissioned by compamedia, the organizer of the TOP 100 innovation competition, innovation researcher Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke and his team examined the innovative strength of FLASHAAR. The researchers based their assessment on approximately 120 criteria across five categories:
Innovation-promoting top management, innovation climate, innovative processes and organization, external orientation/open innovation, and innovation success. The core question is whether innovations are the result of a planned approach or a product of chance—in other words, the reproducibility of innovative achievements. And it's about whether and how the corresponding solutions succeed in the market (further information on the assessment criteria can be found at top100.de/pruefkriterien).
In a special category, the researchers also examined how the participants, for example, had reacted to the coronavirus crisis from a business perspective. In the independent selection process, we impressed the judges for the second time with our innovative success. We, FLASHAAR LEDLight GmbH & Co. KG, specialize in the planning and development of LED luminaires. Our company has made a name for itself primarily through the development of a modular system for linear LED luminaires, the NauticProfil® System. Thanks to the NauticProfil® System, all components, such as lenses, covers, profiles, and circuit boards, can be combined in countless variations. The NP System is characterized by its straightforward planning, plug-and-play installation without complex wiring, and the "Made in Germany" seal of quality.
These precision solutions can also be found in buildings that showcase their reputation in a special way – for example, the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, the Liederhalle cultural and congress center in Stuttgart, and the Humboldt Forum in Berlin.
"True innovators are constantly changing, reinventing themselves and coming up with surprising solutions in the process."
