Perfectly prepared for the year 2023 with optimizations under the hood
Bingen, February 2023Again and again we were confronted with the fact that we could not carry out our homogeneous lines of light to the last corner. The reason was our previous LED pitch grid of 100 mm or 50 mm. Compromises in the design were necessary.
Our new LED circuit board generation now enables an uncompromisingly homogeneous implementation of light lines right down to the last corner. This is made possible by an LED circuit board family that combines all the properties of the previous FLASHAAR® aluminum core circuit boards.
The basis is our aluminum core circuit board with a length of 500 mm and a total of 5 modules, each with 15 LEDs. That's 150 LEDs per meter.
We were able to reduce the pitch again to just 6.6 mm. Even in combination with linear lenses, this enables a much more uniform appearance than ever before. Our basic aluminum core circuit board is supplemented by our adapter LED circuit boards. These adapter LED circuit boards are now always used when it comes to producing a lamp with special dimensions.
So that the efficiency of the lights with special dimensions does not suffer too much, we have decided on several custom lengths. In addition to the basic module length of 100 mm, there are now also 60 mm, 40 mm and 20 mm.
We wouldn't be FLASHAAR® if we weren't absolutely convinced of this solution. From now on all FLASHAAR® LED series will be converted to this solution. Regardless of whether NP Sta. Maria, NP Victory, NP Navigator, NP Jago or NP Nova.
Homogeneous light right into the corner is now possible for us 🙂
