FLASHAAR® invests in a new casting machine from DEMAK. The CNC dosing machine is equipped with 6 vacuum tanks and has an automated potting path of 3000 x 500 mm. It was specially made for the high-quality LED encapsulation with polyurethane. Different encapsulation colors and degrees of hardness, from soft, scratch-resistant to glass-hard, are no longer a problem thanks to the new encapsulation system.
