To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated production manager (m/f/d) who not only organizes and coordinates, but also actively shapes, develops processes and explores new paths together with the team.

Your tasks
- Organization, control and monitoring of our manufacturing processes
- Leadership, motivation and development of the production team
- Work preparation as well as production and capacity planning
- Ensuring quality, efficiency and on-time production
- Analysis and optimization of existing processes
- Development of new solutions and production processes
- Coordination of material flow and storage processes
- Close collaboration with development and design
- Active participation and assumption of responsibility in everyday production
