FLASHAAR LEDLight GmbH & Co. KG receives TOP 100 seal again

peti General

We, FLASHAAR LEDLight GmbH & Co. KG, have once again made it into the top ranks of the 28th edition of the TOP 100 innovation competition.

Commissioned by compamedia, the organizer of the TOP 100 innovation competition, innovation researcher Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke and his team examined the innovative power of FLASHAAR . The researchers used approximately 120 evaluation criteria from five categories:
innovation-promoting top management, innovation climate, innovative processes and organization, external orientation/open innovation, and innovation success. The core question is whether innovations are the result of a planned approach or a product of chance—in other words, the repeatability of innovative achievements. This also examines whether and how the corresponding solutions prevail in the market (further information on the evaluation criteria can be found at top100.de/pruefkriterien ).

In a special category, the researchers also examined how the participants had responded, for example, from a business perspective to the coronavirus crisis. In the independent selection process, we impressed the jury with our innovative success for the second time. We, FLASHAAR LEDLight GmbH & Co. KG, are experts in the planning and development of LED luminaires. Our company has made a name for itself primarily through the development of a modular system for linear LED luminaires, the NauticProfil® System. Thanks to the NauticProfil® System, all components, such as lenses, covers, profiles, and circuit boards, can be combined in countless variations. The advantages of the NP System include uncomplicated planning, plug-and-play installation without complex cabling, and the "Made in Germany" trademark.
These precision solutions can also be found in buildings that highlight their reputation in a special way – for example, the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, the Liederhalle Culture and Congress Center in Stuttgart, or the Humboldt Forum in Berlin.

"True innovators are constantly changing, reinventing themselves and coming up with surprising solutions in the process."
