LED lines with a smooth and interference-free feel, thanks to internal lenses
Following the successful introduction of our ILAF into the NauticProfil® system, we will in the future also be able to offer lenses for other applications that require highly efficient lighting and, in particular, directional light, which are integrated directly into the luminaire insert.
The advantages are clear – directed light combined with a symmetrical cover guarantees a smooth, tactile feel and therefore offers less surface area for damage. At the same time, thanks to our patented FLASHAARPremiumCoating, the LED lighting is weatherproof and vandal-resistant. Our technology guarantees a perfectly homogeneous, linear appearance and absolute color fidelity of the LEDs.
FLASHAAR® ILAF
Designed for perfect handrail lightingSpecifically for projects requiring highly efficient and vandal-proof handrail lighting, we have developed the ILAF (Inline Lens Asymmetric Frosted) .
Until now, the focus in the integration of linear light profile systems into handrails has been on simple wiring, quick assembly and good ease of maintenance.
The ILAF diffuser is integrated into the NauticProfil® luminaire insert and is ideal for illuminating stairs, walkways, or bridges. It is slightly frosted, and the light emission is directed asymmetrically. While one side is illuminated glare-free and evenly, no disturbing light escapes from the other side. On bridges, for example, this prevents unwanted reflections on the water or road surfaces below.
The combination of a finished, square cover and our patented FLASHAARPremiumCoating completes the ILAF system. The advantage: the tactile feel of the handrail is not disrupted by a linear lens protruding from the groove. The square cover provides a smooth and clean finish to the groove. Thanks to our FLASHAARPremiumCoating, the LED lighting is weatherproof and vandal-resistant, while absolute color fidelity is guaranteed.
