We were repeatedly confronted with the fact that we couldn't extend our homogeneous light lines all the way to the last corner. This was due to our previous LED grid spacing of 100 mm or 50 mm. Compromises in the design were necessary.
Our new generation of LED circuit boards now enables uncompromisingly homogeneous light lines right to the last corner. This is made possible by a family of LED circuit boards that combines all the properties of the previous FLASHAARaluminum core circuit boards.
The basis is our aluminum core circuit board with a length of 500 mm and a total of 5 modules, each with 15 LEDs. That's 150 LEDs per meter.
We were able to reduce the pitch again, now to just 6.6 mm. This allows for a significantly more uniform appearance than ever before, even in combination with linear lenses. Our basic aluminum core circuit board is complemented by our custom-fit LED boards. These custom-fit LED boards are now used whenever a luminaire with special dimensions needs to be manufactured.
To ensure that the efficiency of the custom-sized luminaires is not significantly compromised, we have opted for several standard lengths. In addition to the basic module length of 100 mm, there are now also 60 mm, 40 mm, and 20 mm options.
We wouldn't be FLASHAAR if we weren't absolutely convinced by this solution. From now on, all FLASHAAR LED series switched to this solution. This includes NP Sta. Maria, NP Victory, NP Navigator, NP Jago, and NP Nova.
