The listed Faustin Mennel House in Bonlanden Monastery combines hospitality and education in a special atmosphere – and the flair from the time of its namesake order founder.
A focus on values and spirituality serves as an inspiring basis for the concept of the comprehensive renovation of the former school building. It aims to foster peaceful, efficient, and joyful coexistence in church, business, society, and politics.
One of the goals of the renovation was to equip the seminar rooms with state-of-the-art technology while preserving the building's historical character. To achieve this, the planners opted for modern LED lighting that is efficient and blends seamlessly into the existing architecture.
Discreet lines of light with excellent light quality create an even, room-enhancing ceiling light. Small PicoSpots complement the light lines in the prayer rooms and skillfully and gently highlight various exhibits.
With its delicate design, the NanoNautic profile is ideally suited for creating striking cove lighting, as it fits easily into even the smallest niche. Discreetly installed, the tiny LED strip accentuates the elegant stucco molding along the ceiling edges, thus emphasizing the unique atmosphere of this house dating back to 1894.
