On the site of the former brickworks in Winnenden, new buildings for events, offices, and a visitor and customer center were constructed for the family-owned company Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG.
The office space for 700 employees is arranged in a ring around a green inner courtyard. The building's depth allows for continuous natural light and ventilation, as well as a high degree of flexibility in room layouts.
