Following its renovation between 2013 and 2015, the Mouse Tower in Bingen was also fitted with modern lighting in the form of Solaris-2 LED spotlights. In addition to the regular warm white lighting, these allow for colored lighting on five occasions each year, as approved by the historic preservation authorities.
The Solaris-2 4Channel is a high-intensity LED spotlight in a compact design, specifically developed for downward-facing illumination. Its compact size allows for discreet integration into any architectural style and unrestricted use in interior spaces. Users can individually select the color of each of the four channels, enabling them to achieve even the most unusual lighting color preferences.
Soft to razor-sharp light spots are easily achievable with the various freely selectable optics. The cover plate is made of thermally tempered glass with a ceramic print. Additional color temperatures are available as an option, as is a honeycomb grid between the lenses and the cover plate, which ensures maximum glare reduction.
