The Black Sea Arena is one of the new highlights on Georgia's Black Sea coast. It's the largest open-air concert hall in the Caucasus and impresses not only with its design but also with the top-tier artists who perform there. Alongside Aerosmith and the Scorpions, six-time Grammy winner Christina Aguilera graced the stage at the opening.
The arena was designed by the Stuttgart-based architectural firm "Drei Architekten." Highlights include the rotating louvered elements that adapt to any weather and situation, as well as the retractable roof structure over the seating area.
FLASHAAR manufactured the LED light lines that run around the entire perimeter of the building. 400 meters of the NP Line Nova (WW 3000 K) were installed and, for IP65 protection against moisture, were encapsulated in polyurethane during production. The Nova is known for its long lifespan, low energy consumption, and optimal light output. The cove lighting design is also incorporated into the arena's logo.
