Karl Köhler GmbH has expanded its office building at its headquarters in Besigheim. In addition to office space, the new building will also include an event space, a roof terrace, and an underground parking garage. A bridge connects it to the existing office building. The choice of materials is closely tied to the region: exposed concrete with shell limestone aggregate, local natural stone flooring on the ground floor, oak windows and parquet flooring, and glass partitions in the corridors.
The goal is an environmentally friendly and resource-conserving building with renewable heating and cooling systems. FLASHAAR® NauticProfil® Nova-2 LED luminaires also FLASHAAR a key role in the project, as they offer a maintenance-free lifespan of 50,000 hours with minimal energy consumption, making them an ideal fit.
Furthermore, the NauticProfil® Victory-4 was used, which meets the high demands for absolutely homogeneous illumination of cove lighting in close-range areas.
