House T on the Neckar bend

The building with its square floor plan is part of the innovative Neckarbogen project in the city of Tübingen. It offers its residents ample green space in the form of extensive green areas and direct access to the Neckar River. A particular advantage of House T is its location near the city center. The sophisticated lighting concept underscores the high quality of living in the complex, and this was largely implemented using LED luminaires from FLASHAAR .
For example, the NP Line Nova-4 with the NP-S2 luminaire profile was used to illuminate the stairwells on the standard floors. The NP Line Nova-4 was also used to illuminate the doors on the lower and ground floors, in this case with the NauticProfile NP-S1. This profile/luminaire combination was also used as the light source for the mailbox on the ground floor, although in this case it was encapsulated and has an IP65 protection rating.
For the elevator doors inside the building, the lighting designers, led by Jens Maier, opted for the combination of the Victory-4 and the NauticProfile S1. With its high homogeneity and no visible light points, this LED series is particularly suitable for cove lighting and wallwashers on glossy surfaces.
For the perimeter illumination of the exterior facade, the NauticProfil Line Sta. Maria-4 is used in conjunction with the NauticProfil S1. Its exceptional suitability for contour lighting and its high light quality are ideally suited for this application. A further advantage is the ability to create relatively long light lines of up to 60 meters with just one electrical power supply.
