Where a farmhouse once stood, a modern place for new working and living models was created in 2020: the guest and seminar house HAAUS, planned and realized by Studio Ö – Anna Wöllhaf & Christoph Brösamle.
Nestled in the heart of the Remstal valley, surrounded by vineyards and forests, HAAUS offers space for creative processes, collaborative work, retreat, and slowing down – perfect for retreats, workshops, and team off-sites. The refined industrial look of the new building combines private retreats and open communal areas into a flexible spatial concept.
The lighting design also follows this approach: functional, atmospheric, and adaptable. The chosen track lighting combines clean design lines with technical flexibility. For the desired ambient lighting, we were able to develop a linear lighting solution that integrates seamlessly – tailored to the existing system and open to future requirements.
