Enhancing the quality of life and revitalizing Zweibrücken's urban landscape – that's the goal of the "City on the Water" project by the city of Zweibrücken and the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. Accent lighting around the Schwarzbach stream and Schillerstraße, including the town hall and Herzogplatz square, plays a central role.
In the recently opened first phase of the "City on the Water" project, FLASHAAR NauticProfil® LED lines with Victory-4 luminaire inserts create aesthetically pleasing light reflections on the water.
The benches along the chestnut avenue running parallel to Schillerstraße are also illuminated from below with FLASHAAR . Here, the lighting designers opted for the FLASHAAR NauticProfil® with Sta. Maria-4 LED lines. These were PU-encapsulated during production and thus meet the IP65 protection standard.
Solaris LED spotlights from FLASHAAR illuminate the treetops in the avenue. Thanks to special PWM dimmers, the RGBW spotlights can bathe the trees in different colored light, creating lighting moods for all seasons and occasions.
