A new advisory center for the Sparkasse Rhein-Nahe bank been built at Neumarkt in Bingen am Rhein, in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine-Nahe interchange. The new building combines attractive design with sustainable construction and offers modern banking services in a functional environment. Thanks to its color scheme and the materials used, the building blends seamlessly into its urban surroundings.
The ground floor impresses with its warm natural stone facade, which surrounds the heart of the new building – the consultation center. A narrow gap above the facade provides space for our NauticProfil® system. At dusk, efficient Sta. Maria LED luminaires, with their warm white light, highlight the texture and natural colors of the sandstone, deliberately focusing attention on the building's lower level and creating an inviting, pleasant atmosphere. The use of NP Focus-4 luminaire inserts intentionally interrupts the homogeneous line of light along the axes, thereby setting targeted accents to underscore the character of the modern architecture.
A particular eye-catcher is the prominent bay window, which is given expression and function by the lighting on both sides, directing the view towards the entrance area and thus highlighting it once again.
Our NauticProfil® system was chosen for this project because, thanks to its integrated through-wiring, it allows for the creation of long light lines with only one or two feed points, significantly simplifying installation. At the same time, the need for wall penetrations for cable connections is minimized, which benefits the continuity of the insulation and the energy efficiency of the building.
