A sheet of paper, a pencil, initial lines – this is how your idea begins to take shape in a sketch. The form, size, and of course the desired lighting properties emerge in a very rough way. The desire to create something "special" arises from simple necessity and from your creativity.
Our special task here is the technical and structural implementation. All custom-made luminaires are as unique as your projects. There are no limits to the imagination. The luminaires can be functional or emotionally driven, minimalist or expansive, one-of-a-kind pieces or small series.

We are happy to listen to you, as this is the foundation for an excellent result. A comprehensive personal consultation is the first step in the successful design and development process. We will sit down with you without reservations or objections.
Then we contribute our expertise and many years of technical and design experience. We discuss the feasibility of your ideas and present you with possible solutions. Ideas and their practical implementation rarely align perfectly, and sometimes this leads to heated discussions. The goal is always to find common ground.
Design is no longer an activity done at the drawing board
Modern design is no longer solely focused on 2D drawings. 3D drawing offers numerous advantages, including collision detection for assemblies, automatic section and view generation, and automatic parts lists.
Based on the information gathered, we begin the technical and design-related product development – always with a clear focus on your specifications. We also ensure the seamless interaction of all components, such as converters, dimmers, and LEDs. Ultimately, everything must be coherent, look good, and fit perfectly.
Internally, the results are first thoroughly tested for electrical, thermal, and lighting properties. Subsequently, they are summarized in technical drawings, 3D renderings, and almost always in a prototype. We derive a significant advantage and benefit from our in-house 3D printers, which allow us to quickly create tangible samples.
Now comes the excitement – the production of a unique piece
Producing a custom light fixture is always a very special process. Whenever possible, we manufacture every necessary component for assembling the custom light fixture right here at our facility in Bingen. If this isn't feasible, we rely on our long-standing and reliable suppliers.
By using state-of-the-art LED technology, a high level of vertical integration and quality assurance in our own lighting laboratory, we create unique products of uncompromising quality and high reliability.
