Optimizing our green footprint: In addition to our efficient lighting solutions, our aluminum profiles now also boast an excellent climate footprint. Aluminum is an essential component of our luminaires. Besides its low density, it has good thermal conductivity; however, its production is unfortunately also associated with high CO2 emissions. From now on, we will be using Hydro REDUXA for our aluminum profiles – an aluminum with one of the highest CO2 emissions per square meter

FLASHAARhas invested in a new potting system from DEMAK. The CNC dispensing machine is equipped with six vacuum tanks and features an automated potting path of 3000 x 500 mm. It was specifically designed for high-quality polyurethane potting of LEDs. Different potting colors and hardness levels, from soft and scratch-resistant to glass-hard, are no longer a problem thanks to the new system.
