Karl Köhler GmbH expanded its office building at its headquarters in Besigheim. In addition to office space, the new building will also feature an event room, a roof terrace, and an underground parking garage. A bridge will connect it to the old office building. The choice of materials is closely tied to the region: exposed concrete with shell limestone aggregates, a floor made of local natural stone on the ground floor, oak windows and parquet flooring, and glass partition walls in the hallways.
The goal is an environmentally and resource-efficient building with regenerative heating and cooling, which also includes FLASHAAR
NauticProfil® Victory-4 was also used, which meets the demanding requirements for absolutely homogeneous illumination of coves in close proximity.
