Berg mineral baths – modern baths with nostalgic charm

After four years of general renovation, Stuttgart residents can once again swim in the sparkling healing waters of Stuttgart's most traditional mineral bath. This "cult bath" in the Schlosspark is one of three thermal baths in Stuttgart fed by natural mineral water.
The aim of the renovation was to preserve the style and distinctive retro character of the 1950s and to give it a contemporary interpretation in the redesign. You can still find the familiar wooden loungers, the wooden summer changing rooms, and cold showers with a lever mechanism. The outdoor area with its sunbathing lawn and mature trees has also been preserved despite extensive work. As part of the renovation and for fire safety reasons, the glass window by Max Ackermann in the foyer is no longer flooded with daylight, but is illuminated by the FLASHAAR ® NP Nova-5.
The foyer, the central interface in the bath, is designed to be open and transparent. Long, powerful, and energy-efficient LED lines with the NP Nova-5 provide optimal lighting and underscore the spacious, light-filled atmosphere.
A special highlight is the approximately 40-meter-long light line that extends from the interior to the exterior of the arcade. Thanks to the FLASHAAR PremiumCoating, the uniform, linear appearance of the LED line is maintained. The refractive index remains unchanged, and the color temperature of 3000 K remains constant. Our NP Defiant RGB lights are used in the sauna area. Hidden behind wooden slatted walls, they provide indirect, colorful, harmonious mood lighting.
