A new advisory center for Sparkasse Rhein-Nahe been built on Neumarkt in Bingen am Rhein, in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine-Nahe triangle. The new building combines attractive design with sustainable construction, offering modern banking services in a functional environment. The color scheme and materials used allow the building to blend seamlessly into its urban surroundings.
The ground floor impresses with its warm natural stone façade, which surrounds the heart of the new building – the consultation center. A narrow gap above the façade provides space for our NauticProfil® system. At dusk, efficient Sta. Maria LED luminaires highlight the texture and natural colors of the sandstone with their warm white light, deliberately drawing attention to the building's basement and creating an inviting, pleasant atmosphere. The use of NP Focus-4 luminaire inserts deliberately interrupts the homogenous light line along the axes, creating targeted accents to underscore the character of the modern construction.
A particular eye-catcher is the prominent bay window, to which the lighting on both sides gives expression and function by directing the eye to the entrance area and thereby highlighting it further.
Our NauticProfil® system was favored for this project because, thanks to its integrated through-wiring, it allows for long light lines to be created with just one or two feed-in points, significantly simplifying installation. At the same time, the need to penetrate the wall for cable connections is minimized, which benefits the continuity of the insulation and the building's energy efficiency.
